Southside, is a small cafe in Melbourne’s Southbank. The cafe is a small glass filled space on a prominent intersection in a densely populated part of Melbourne. The cafe predominately serves take away coffee and small bites.  

Two Southside brandmarks were created to reference the cafes location to the Yarra River. One brandmark is the word Southside split in two, referencing the nearby Yarra River that divides Melbourne’s North from South. An S shaped Southside brandmark is also used when items need extra impact. The vibrant brand has helped the cafe stand out in the high traffic area and developed a strong take away trade.
